Access doesn’t “go on the web”. So we build you something that does.
There’s no setting in Access that puts it online, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you trouble. Moving to the web means rebuilding your system properly for the browser: your data on a SQL Server database, with a web application over the top that your team opens with a link.
It sounds like a big deal. In practice it’s a well-trodden path, done in stages, and you end up somewhere far better than where you started – with the same data and the same rules underneath.

One honest thing
Sometimes the right answer is to stay on the desktop.
Not every Access database should move to the web. Plenty are exactly right where they are, and a rebuild would cost you money for no real gain. If yours is one of those, we’ll say so – in the first conversation, before anyone’s committed to anything. Honesty is cheaper than regret.
